I. Program Objectives:

To promote the distinctive features of technical and vocational education institutions in Central Taiwan, this program leverages the diversity of partner organizations to showcase a wide range of professional fields and strengths, enabling students to understand the unique characteristics and areas of expertise of different schools. To ensure alignment between students’ learning experiences and real industry needs, cooperation directions and details will be jointly discussed with participating institutions. In order to foster vocational education from an early stage and establish a solid foundation for cultivating technical and vocational talent, distinctive study tour programs are planned to provide junior high school students with career awareness education. These programs arrange visits to partner technical and vocational institutions and related industries for site visits and hands-on technical experiences, allowing students to gain firsthand understanding of future visions of various vocational fields, industry trends, and the practical application of skills learned.

The program aims to enhance junior high school students’ understanding of the workplace and technical and vocational education by providing opportunities for career exploration and experiential learning. Through engaging and easy-to-understand exploratory activities aligned with future developments in technical and vocational education, and through exhibitions, lectures, and related courses, students are guided to develop suitable career paths, thereby nurturing forward-looking and outstanding talent.
