I. Call for Submissions:
The “Tech Heroes” Exhibition Call for Submissions under the 114th Year Technical and Vocational Sustainability Trailblazer Program — Career Exploration and Aptitude Development Co-Education Project invites exhibition works that will be integrated with interactive exhibition area designs. The exhibits will combine vocational skills and technological R&D highlights, enabling students, parents, and teachers to better understand the practical, application-oriented, and diverse development characteristics and value of technical and vocational education, thereby encouraging future enrollment in technical and vocational institutions. Both physical works and multimedia interactive works are eligible for submission.
II. Organizing Agencies:
- Planning and Guidance: Ministry of Education
- Organizer: National Formosa University, hereinafter referred to as NFU.
- Co-organizer: National Library of Public Information, hereinafter referred to as NLPI.
- Implementing Institutions: Technical and vocational colleges and universities (five-year junior colleges, four-year technical universities, two-year junior colleges, or two-year technical programs) in Central Taiwan, including Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, and Yunlin County.
III. Exhibition Venue: World Window Exhibition Area, 3rd Floor, National Library of Public Information, No. 100, Wuquan South Road, South District, Taichung City
IV. Schedule:

| Exhibit Removal | January 2, Year 115 to January 4, Year 115. | If exhibitors are unable to remove exhibits on time, please contact the organizer to arrange an alternative schedule. |
| Submission of Final Reports and Receipts | By June 30, Year 114. | Postmark date shall prevail. |
V. Implementation Method: Each technical and vocational institution shall submit the application form (Appendix I) and (Appendix II) to NFU for review by March 31.
VI. Funding Review Principles and Expenditure Regulations: This program subsidizes the material costs of approved works. NFU will reimburse actual material expenses based on verified expenditures, with a maximum subsidy of NT$30,000 per work.
